Finance and Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

* Administer, manage and monitor the accounting and finance system and report.
* Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures.
* Manage a team of Supervisors and Staffs to provide a timely and accurate reports to the Management.
* Assist Management with current system and improve back office functionalities.


Requirements:

* Female, max. 28 years old with minimum 2 years experience in the same role.
* Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring Accounting or Computerize Accounting
* Have knowledge of Indonesia current Tax regulation and having experience in handling tax audit and compliance.
* Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business processes.
* Good command both written and spoken in English.
* Leadership skill, good time management, honest, excellent interpersonal skill, strong sense of urgency, problem solving and self-motivated
* Excellent report writing as well as presentation skills
