A. Production Manager (Code: Prod-Mgr)

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspect of the production of coal mining project
• Ensure quality control of all technical services activities at the project
• Maintain company objectives in relation to safety, quality, & environment

Qualification:
• Male Max. 45 years old
• Bachelor degree in civil or mining
• 7 years experience in coal mining operation
• Able to operate computer (Ms Office)
• Base in Kalimantan

B. Recruitment Manager (Code: Rec-Mgr)

Qualification:
• Male/Female Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor or master degree in Human Resource / Management / Psychology / related from any reputable university
• 10 years experience in recruitment area
• 4 years experience in managerial level
• Have a wide networking in recruitment sourcing
• Able to work under pressure, strong analytical thinking, and strong leadership
• Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
• Base in Jakarta and Willing to travel to remote area

C. Logistic Manager (Code : Log-Mgr)

Qualification:
• Male, maximum 4.0 years old
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• Min. 3 years experience as a Logistic Manager in coal mining
• Strong proficiency in Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement, and Fuel Administration in Mining
• Strong leadership skill
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
• Base in Kalimantan

D. Section Head

• Production (Code : Prod - SH)
• Engineering (Code: Eng - SH)
• SHE (Code: SHE - SH)
• Plant (Code: Plant - SH)
• Logistic (Code: Log - SH)

Qualification:
• Male Max. 40 years old
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 8 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License for PRODUCTION preferable
• Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHE
• BMC License, Comprehend in maintenance and service management for PLANT
• Experience in Warehousing, Inventory & Purchasing for LOGISTIC
• Base in Kalimantan

E. Supervisor

• Production (Code: Prod-Spy)
• Engineering (Code: Eng-Spv)
• SHE (Code: SHE - Spv)
• Plant (Code: Plant - Spy)
• Logistic (Code: Log – Spv)
• HCGA (Code: HCGA-Spv)

Qualification:
• Male Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License for PRODUCTION - preferable
• Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHE
• BMC License, Comprehend in maintenance and service management for PLANT
• Experience in Warehousing. Inventory & Purchasing for LOGISTIC
• Familiar with manpower regulation (UU no 13/2003), have skill in recruitment, training, payroll and external relation for HCGA
• Base in Kalimantan
