Runge s Jakarta office has been established for over 4 years now servicing a range of clients. Due to our ongoing success and continued expansion in the region, we are now seeking an experienced Resource Geologist for our Jakarta based consulting team to further expand our Metals consulting business across Asia. Reporting to the Operations Manager (Jakarta) you will be instrumental in building an experienced Metals Consulting team and you will lead a diverse range of projects including geological modelling, due diligence exercises and completing JORC compliant resource estimates for projects. Your responsibilities will include signing off on resource estimates and completing independent technical and JORC resource reviews for our clients. You will play a key role amongst a global team of like-minded mining professionals and technical experts who specialize in all aspects of mining and mine business planning. To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified in geology with a minimum of 10 years resource modelling and hands on practical geological experience. You will demonstrate advanced project management and leadership skills and you will be highly computer literate including proven skills in geological modelling software. You will also be, or are eligible to become, JORC competent to sign off on a range of resource reports for metalliferous commodities.
