Requirements

Minimum S1 graduates of all majors
Aged between 20-26 years
Can communicate well
Have a high interest to serve
Able to handle customer complaints by phone / face to face
Able to administer documents and correspondence process
Minimum 2 (two) years in the field of Customer Service in the financial industry
