Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities :

Develop new products to meet product specification & requirements.
Manage the project within budget.
Evaluate prototypes against design specifications.
Liase with suppliers, ensure parts meet the product specification and requirements.
Assist manufacturing in troubleshooting production problems, provide prompt and effective solutions to design related manufacturing problems.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1) with Minimum 2 years relevant experience or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical.
(CAD design) Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Good working knowledge of mechanical fundamental and system design.
Good design skills on sheet metal parts.
Good knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably using SolidWorks.
Good knowledge on sheet metal manufacturing processes.
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Must be able to manage time and deliver all tasks in a timely manner.
Product development experience.

IT OFFICER
Responsibilities:

Provide support to end-users for PC hardware and software
Respond to request for assistance relating to hardware/software issues- troubleshooting
Setting up of new user workstations
Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems
Manage Wintel servers / Network infrastructure
IT hardware and software purchase requisition
IT inventory administration
Document and Enforce IT related policies and procedures

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
At least 1 year experience in service desk / technical desk support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent knowledge in MS Outlook , MS Windows OS and Office suite of product, standard Desktop products
Equip with core Windows platform skills (DNS/DHCP/Active Directory)
Able multi-task and perform in fast moving and demanding environment
Team player who is self motivated, self disciplined, process oriented and shows initiative
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience in Backup, Exchange 2007 and High Availability administration and system recovery will be added advantage

Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities:
Recommend and apply engineering methods and procedures to improve product quality to keep plant operational, eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve operating performance.
Provide technical support to manufacturing departments through the collection and processing of information relating to assigned projects, followed by evaluation of all information and alternatives resulting in recommendations for a course of action to management, and subsequent implementation.
Recommend and implement Manufacturing processes and procedures, tools and equipment, layouts and methods to improve:

Requirements:

Bachelor in Industrial / Manufacturing engineer
At least 2 years experience in related field
Must have working knowledge of hard goods manufacturing processes and machinery, along with a good analytical ability to analyze present procedures and make recommendations for improvement to management
Must be able to resolve complex problems
Working knowledge of various sheet metal fabrication and welding procedures and practices would be a plus
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate same across department boundaries and with all levels of management

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Officer
Responsibilities:

Set up, improve, and maintain environmental, health, and safety compliance policy and SOP in the company
Setting up inspection / audit procedures
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment to every person
Coordinate EHS training programs as well as the required EHS audit, investigations of accidents & recommendations for improvement
Update and brief on latest environmental, health, and safety regulation
Ensure the implementation of RKL and RPL and preparing the report
Control and update EHS licenses (e.g. fire extinguisher, hydrant, forklift permit)
Set up and update company emergency response plan

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Public Health, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience in related field
Internal auditor experience is a plus
Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 18001
Candidate with K3 or SMK3 certification preferred

Mechanical Engineer (Design)
Responsibilities:

Deliver innovative mechanical designs, fabrication, and specification for production
Create piece part and assembly level CAD 3D models, drawings and design specifications. Apply Six Sigma design principles to ensure robustness and Design for Manufacturability
Coordinate with other functions outside of R&D including production, product management, outside agencies, vendors, etc
Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts
Carry out performance optimization, cost analyses, prototyping, and design support for production

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Good knowledge with 2D/3D CAD/ CAM software, preferably Vertex and Solid work, ProEng, and AutoCAD
Strong background in materials, production fabrication techniques, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and processes including sheet metal processing, other background in injection molding, die-casting and machining will be an advantage.

Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:

Prepare electrical assembly instruction such as electrical wiring, component layout, etc
Liaising with production supervisor/ engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
Improve electrical assembly process in order to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Supervise electrical QC process and provide a better test procedures
Troubleshoot electrical problem and provide fast solution and prevention action
Support test process on the production floor by analyzing tester performance and monitoring visual defects

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
Familiar in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and /or other similar software

Quality System / ISO Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Control and maintain files

Audit 5S condition of files, both softcopy and hardcopy: Location, Revision Level, and Status
Prepare and update master list of documents every month
Ensure that the document enrollment procedure is being followed
In charge of receiving, distributing and recalling the files (procedure, work instruction and drawings)
Audit documents being used by the factory and ensure that all are enrolled to DCC

2. Control and maintain ECN files

Ensure that all changes are documented through ECR/ECN process
Ensure completeness of ECN prior enrollment to system
Update master list of ECN
Audit implementation of ECN

3. Control and maintain Drawings

Ensure that all drawings used in production are enrolled to DCC
Remove all obsolete drawings in the production
Update master list of drawings
Audit drawings in the production floor

4. Control and maintain Quality System

Keep track on ISO certification validation
Prepare ISO renewal process
Perform process internal audit
Follow up closure of action items from external and internal audits
Ensure that all ISO documents are controlled including the external documents

5. Maintain and improve 5S in work area
6. Provide weekly monthly / weekly report to manager

Requirements:

Degree from any field
At least 1 year experience as ISO Document Controller or handling technical documents
Meticulous and organized
Computer literate
Candidate with ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge preferred

Graphic Designer (Illustrator)
Responsibilities:

Plan, analyze, and create projects from concept to completion

Requirements:

At least diploma in any field

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Write technical papers based on the project, to be published worldwide
