Production Supervisor (Code : PDS)
Geotechnical Department Head (Code : GDH)
Geotechnical Modeling Engineer (Code : GME)
Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QCS)
Purchasing Section Head (Code : PTS)
SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)
Resource Geologist / Mine Geologist Section Head (Code : RCG/MGS)

1. Production / Operation Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:

Male, max 45 years old
Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
Minimum POM certificate
Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
Fluent in English both oral & written
Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan

2. Production Supervisor / Pit Supervisor (Code : PDS)

Requirements:

Male, age maximum 35 years old
Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology
Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in coal mining industry
Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
Fluent in English both oral & written
Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Willing to be placed in remote area

3. Geotechnical Department Head (Code : GDH)

Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
“Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
Min. 7 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
Mining heavy industry experience is essential
Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W)
Self motivated and self starter
Good interpersonal relationship skill
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage

4. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : GME)

Requirements:

Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
“Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
Mining heavy industry experience is essential
Having Experiences in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
Having skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software
Self motivated and self starter
Good interpersonal relationship skill
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
Willing to be placed in site : South Kalimantan

5. Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QCS)

Responsibilities:

To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Geology
Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control
Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
Good communication skills and analytical thinking
Computer literacy
Ready worked in remote area

6. Purchasing Section Head (Code : PTS)

Requirements:

Male, max 40 years old
Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical/Civil or related field
Minimum 5 years experience as Purchasing Technical in mining industry
Having good communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
Computer Literate in using MS office
Willing to be located in remote area

7. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)

Requirements:

Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
Fluent in English both oral & written
Well understanding about mining operation
Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Willing to be placed in site

8. Resource Geologist / Mine Geologist Section Head (Code : RCG / MGS)

Requirements:

Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university
Minimum 5 Years experience in coal mining industry
Having a Good Knowledge & able to use Minex Geology software with 1.5 to 3 years experience in Modelling (intermediate to advance skill) (RCG)
Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
Will be placed in site : Jambi (MGS), Based Jakarta (RCG)

9. Infrastructure Project Supervisor (Code : IPS)

Requirements:

Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port
Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage
Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is prefered
Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
Be able to adapt quickly
Willing to be placed in site

10. Surveyor Supervisor (Code : SVY)

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation & Infrastructure project
Preparation of plan from field survey
Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system
Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc)

Requirements:

Minimum STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic from reputable University
Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
Ready worked in remote area
