The services provided comprise drilling, workover activities, and drilling services that use a Daily Rate and Integrated Drilling Management (MPT) system for oil, gas, and geothermal wells.
Presently, PT PDSI owned 34 drilling rigs (28 owned by PT PDSI and 6 transferred from PT Usayana)

HSE Engineer

Requirements:
Male, maximum 35 years old.
Minimum S1 in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental) with at least 8 years working experience in Drilling Services Company / Oil & Gas
Must be familiar with Oil & Gas Industry Standard (API & DS 1) for Land Rig & Offshore Rig Equipment and Indonesian Government Regulation related to Drilling Rig Operation.
Possess strong knowledge in process safety design for project end operations life cycle.
Possess strong knowledge in process safety end risk management both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Show expertise to read HAZOP and HAZID or other risk assessment methods.
Must be familiar with Contractor Safety Management System Implementation.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skill with ability to work as part of team, fast learning and positive attitude.
Having AK3 Certification, Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 will be an advantage.
Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) is a must.

Posses Strong knowledge, Continous Improvement Program (GKM,QCC or Suggestion System)
