HR & GA SPECIALIST

Requirements:

Male/ Female, Single, age max 30 years old;
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Law from reputable local or overseas university, with minimum GPA 3,00;
Have at least 3 years of extensive work experience in Human Resources and General Affair is a must;
Excellent understanding of HR & Development area: Payroll, HR legal aspect, industrial relations and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations;
Excellent in managing Human Resources System and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
Good knowledge and skills in GA area: building maintenance, transportation, maintaining company assets and purchasi.
