PT Lamindo Inter Multikon, an associate of The adani Group in Indonesia, is looking for the following personnel to join it’s team at the coal mine in Kecamatan Bunyu, Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan timur, Indonesia.

1. HR Officer People Development (Code-HRPD)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or English Language.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a mining site training department supervisory or coordinator position.
• Age 27 Min & 35 Max

Other requirements:
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English, facilitation skills & presentation skills.
• Competency based training system principles and concepts; Learning and people development principles and concepts; Training Needs Analysis principles and concepts; Knowledge of training & development management processes.
• Good team work, able to work independent and in under pressure condition, details, hard worker, and willing to learn new things.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.

Key Result Areas:
• Develop, implement and evaluate of plans for competency based learning and training activities so as to achieve effective and competent workforce.
• Analyse the learning and training needs and develop the training matrix regarding to the needs analysis; develop and do continual review of the soft skill & technical training modules.
• Develop yearly training calendar as well as maintaining the training calendar for all training; audit training trainers, and existing training modules to ensure quality and standards are met.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork & communicate openly and honestly at all times.

2. Heavy Equipment Trainer (Code-TRN)

Requirements:
• Education SMU/SMK
• Minimum 3 years experience as field trainer; has extensive experience in operating earthwork heavy equipment; DT Mercy/Volvo, Excavator, Dozer, etc. in mining company.
• Age 30 Min & 45 Max

Other requirements:
• Possess Train of the Trainer certificate.
• Good use of English and basic computer.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.

Key Result Areas:
• To deliver and develop training module which aims to provide skilled and competent employees to support the operational/production demand of man power.

3. Dump Truck Operator (Code-DTO)

Requirements:
• Education SMU/SMK
• Minimum 3 years as DT Mercy/Volvo Operator in mining company.
• Age Min 30, Max 40

Other requirements:
- Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.
