Divisi Produksi Elemen Bakar Nuklir

a. Unit Fabrikasi

STM Teknik Mesin sebanyak 5 orang
Pria
Dapat mengoperasikan mesin bubut, mesin frais dan mesin las.
Usia maksimum 25 tahun
Nilai STTB minimal 7.

b. Unit Proses Kimia (Unit Konversi Kimia dan Unit Gagalan Produk)
(dalam hal ini juga untuk kebutuhan personil Kegiatan Uji Fungsi Unit Proses Kimia)

SMTI sebanyak 5 orang
Pria
Mengerti pengendalian proses kimia secara umum, mengerti alur diagram proses kimia dan paham mengenai B3 (baik jenis, penanganan dan pengolahan)
Usia maksimum 25 tahun
Nilai STTB minimal 7.

Divisi Kendali Kualitas

SMTI sebanyak 2 orang
Pria
Mengetahui proses NDT-DT dan analisis kimia, mengerti pengendalian proses kimia secara umum, mengerti alur diagram proses kimia dan paham mengenai B3 (baik jenis, penanganan dan pengolahan)
Usia maksimum 25 tahun
Nilai STTB minimal 7.

Divisi Keselamatan

STM Teknik Elektro sebanyak 1 orang
Pria
Mampu bekerja mandiri, bekerja keras dan dapat bekerja dalam tim.
Usia maksimum 25 tahun
Nilai STTB minimal 7.
