The operator's coverage includes Java, Bali, and Lombok as well as the principal cities in and around Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. XL offers data communication, broadband Internet, mobile communication and 3G services over GSM 900 and GSM 1800 networks.


In 2006, XL obtained a 3G license, which services launched in September of the same year.

Initially XL provided cellular mobile telephony services using the GSM 900 technology. A few years after launching services, the company was awarded a license for implementing a DCS 1800 network, and to operate an ISP and VoIP service.

At the end of 2010, the company has more than 40 million subscribers with more than 22,000 BTS towers across Indonesia.

XLence Apprentice Program
Special apprentice/ Management trainee program of XL Axiata that provide class base trainings combined with real experience through on the job trainings in specific area : IT , IP, MDS (Mobile Data Services), BCA (Business Customer Analytics), CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management)

Requirements:

Age up to 23 Years old ( S1 ) , or 25 years ( S2)
Graduated from related major: IT/ Computer science, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/ Statistics, Business/ Economics
GPA: Min 3 (S1) or 3.5 (S2)
Actively involved in organization
Have significant achievement in related areas
Local / international certification will be an added value
English proficient both oral and written

Customer Lifecycle Management Officer
Responsibility:

Perform campaign analysis (pre & post)
Overlay qualitative & quantitative data (focus group, market research, trackers) to boost segment insight
Generate insight & provide recommendation

Requirements:

Min. S1 Industrial Engineering/ Statistics/ It/ Computer science
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Statistics analysis skill
Skills of SQL and database scripting
English proficient both oral and written

Enterprise Dashboard Officer
Responsibility:

Perform IT application development
Identify business insight opportunity from business intelligence data foundation
Organize BI application request scheduling, & priority

Requirements:

Min. S1 telecommunication / IT/ Computer Science/ Business System/ Engineering Management
Skill of application development and SQL programming
Has exposure to enterprise database management system
Has exposure to business intelligence application
English proficient both oral and written

IP Engineer
Responsibility:

Perform data maintenance and software configuration
Perform database analysis & reporting
Design telco product related to service to customer

Requirements:

Min. S1 telecommunication / IT/ Computer Science
IP/Cisco certification will be an advantage
Willing to work overtime
English proficient both oral and written
