Our client, a Fast Growing Tour & Travel, Umroh and Haji Plus Company in Jakarta is seeking suitable candidate to join their team as:

MARKETING MANAGER (JAKARTA

Requirement: Educational Background : Bachelor Degree from reputable university , any fields of study.
Working experience : at least 5 years of working experience as a Marketing Manager in Tourism industry. Product : A comprehensive knowledge of tourism market and products
Competencies : Leadership, result oriented, integrity, team work, interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities:
  • Determining the selling price, the products will be launched, scheduled visits and promotion system to ensure achievement of sale
  • Monitoring the acquisition order as well as summarize forecast to ensure optimal production capacity filled.
  • Monitor the amount of stock the entire Department. Marketing & BusDev. to ensure the life of the company stock does not exceed
  • Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and the area in keeping with the specified target
  • Analyzes and provides design & development direction of color, to ensure the development of products according to market needs
  • Conduct evaluation of customer satisfaction survey the entire sales team to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction target a
  • Applying culture, systems, and internal company regulations and implementing cost management, to ensure the corporate culture
GENERAL MANAGER (JAKARTA)
Objective of position :

Responsible to implement company policies and ensure that the company regulation has been executed properly base on company goals ;

Responsibilities:
  • Planning the implementation strategy of the company's overall policy in order to run optimally.
  • Monitor the implementation of policy and corporate strategy, and ensure the smooth implementation to run optimally and precisely.
  • Controlling and evaluating the implementation of strategies in order to obtain strategic inputs to policy proposals next year.
  • Evaluate and analyze the results of the implementation of corporate strategy and seek proposals for solving problems that arise.
  • Directs the functions of each department in implementing company strategy.
Requirements:
  • Age (min/max) : Min. 35 years old
  • Educational Background : Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from reputable university, majoring; Business Administration, Management, Marketing etc.
  • Working experience : at least 7 years of working experience as a Business Development/Marketing Manager in Tourism industry.

Our Clients, A Large manufacturing companies in Steel, Paper, Chemical and Cement is seeking qualified candidates to join their team as:

Maintenance Manager
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical Eng or equivalent.
  • Experience in continuous process machines, rollers, conveyors, crane, hydraulic,and pneumatic system
  • Good understanding reability process, condition monitoring and action taken
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
