  Real Estate Manager
Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:

Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
Determine real estate standard and category
Create lease agreement
Negotiation with landlord
Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Male / Female, max 35 years old
Min 5 years experiences handling site expansion in retail/property consultant/ banking.
Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang

  Real Estate Officer

Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:

Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
Create lease agreement

Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Male / Female, max 30 years old
Min 3 years experiences as Marketing in property consultant or handling site expansion in retail/property consultant/ banking.
Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
