Mining Division was created in 1993 to provide the Indonesian mining industry with world-class equipment and support services. Trakindo Utama's Mining Division is committed to helping its customers achieve the lowest sustainable cost per unit of production from their Caterpillar mining equipment and engines.

Partnership
To meet the equipment availability and productivity demands of today's mining companies, maintenance management is critical. Trakindo has developed close working relationships and partnerships with many of its mining customers, and their combined resources and skills ensure that equipment availability is maximized and costs reduced. Maintenance and repair programs are tailored to meet the requirements of specific mines, and range from basic parts supply to fixed-cost repair and maintenance contracts.

Engineering Suppport
Trakindo has the engineering knowledge to advise customers on the type of equipment needed for any job, and how best to set up their machinery to maximize productivity and minimize costs. This advice is based on computer simulations, using Caterpillar proprietary and commercial software, field evaluations and performance monitoring. Trakindo has the ability to design and build large diesel power stations on a turnkey basis, as well as to advise on smaller stand-alone units. Well over 200 megawatts of Caterpillar diesel engines are providing power to mines, mills, mine towns and terminals throughout Indonesia.

Analyst Warranty
Work Location Jakarta


Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the system and process of product warranty claims.
Conduct direct checking on warranty claim validity according to SOP and current warranty guidelines.
Analyze warranty claim pending settlement, evaluate the reason and identify any mistakes occurred then coordinate with area warranty specialist to probe arguments/ requirements to resubmit/contest the claim.
Develop and update standard procedure (SOP) align with corporate business strategy and to improve process efficiency to achieve the department mission.
Support area management with analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor the improvement plan consistently.
Coach and monitor performance of Area Warranty Specialist in line with human capital strategy to improve performance through development.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Excellent working knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Access and other Microsoft Office Application.
Good command in English both orally and writing
Accurate with a strong focus on attention to detail
Strong Analytical Thinking and communication skill
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
