The company’s scope of EPCC business includes: Gas, Geothermal, Refinery, Petrochemical, Mineral, Environmental, and Infrastructure. In addition, the company also provides services for Project/Plant Feasibility Studies and Plant Maintenance

Fully dedicated to meeting the specific needs of the Customer, the Strategic Business Units and International Strategic Alliance Unit fully optimize their resources to a specific field of activity, such as Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical, Cement and Mineral, Power Plant, Pulp & Paper, Agro Industry or other project type. Flexible and independent, the respective Business Unit works closely with the Customer from preparation up to operation.

The advantage to the Customer is in having a team of dedicated professionals with an unsurpassed level of expertise, competently managing all aspects of any Grass Root, Revamp, Extension, and Relocation project, whatever its scale, type or location. Rekayasa Industri EPC packages encompass Consultancy, Project Management, Basic and Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction/Erection, Startup and Commissioning, Maintenance, Turnkey and Joint Operation/Consortium Project and Subcontract services. All work undertaken is completed to the highest international standards, supported by a strong operational team, and in compliance with specific local conditions. In carrying out engineering work, Engineering Division uses advanced and up-to-date End-to-End state-of-the-art CAD (Computer Aided Design), AUTOCAD and PDS (Plant Design System), internationally recognized for sophisticated engineering. This provides a number of distinct advantages, among them, a single database for all types of drawing and a basic engineering document from which to develop detailed P&ID and Plot Plans up to Shop Drawings.

Rekayasa Industri Persero has also developed its own Project Management Software, known as "SIMPROSA", to control project executions. Using the "borderless office" system, the Company's own internal networking system is integrated with international networks for Head Office to communicate directly with Site Offices, mobile stations, suppliers, R&D institutions and government departments and agencies.
