PT. Mazda Motor Indonesia is a distribution company wholly owned by Mazda Motor Corporation. The company was established in 2006; however, the distribution network has been growing continuously. There are 24 dealers spread out through Indonesia currently, including Jakarta, East Java, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Bali, Solo, and Medan. This expansion certainly has no plan on stopping and more distribution network is about to come.

CRM Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsible in developing and maintaining customer relationship management in order to seek competitive customer retention, and lead generation. Devise one to one marketing strategy, and manage customer database.

Requirement:

Age 25 - 35 years
Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years
Bachelor degree
English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).

Sales Training Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsible in developing and delivering training modules related to systems, sales skills and interpersonal skills to serve sales training and sales process and system.

Requirement:

Age 25 - 35 years
Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years
Bachelor degree
English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).

POP and Dealer Marketing (Staff Role)
Responsible in regular monitoring dealer, wholesaler and POP stock material and developing sales program for dealer base on management target.

Requirement:

Age 25 - 35 years
Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years
Bachelor degree
English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).

HR & GA Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsible in supporting Human Resources and General Affairs team in order to provide a variety of programs and policies regarding employees and to provide general affairs support, addressing a broad variety of issues, maintaining files, create actions plan of HR & GA functions.

Requirement:

Age 25 - 35 years
Experience in HR & GA field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years
Bachelor degree
English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).

Internal Control Expert (Assistant Manager Role)
Responsible in assessing internal control and ensured all operational activities in accordance with the company´s policies and procedures as well as Government Regulations and conducting independent evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of management policies, procedures and controls; integrity of information; security over company´s resources; compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirement:

Age 30 - 45 years
Experience in Internal Control field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years
Bachelor degree
English proficiency (TOEIC 900 score or equivalent).

Requirement:

Age 30 - 45 years
Experience in IT and proven successful IT implementation and/or design experience.
Bachelor degree in computer science or any related field.
English proficiency (TOEIC 900 score or equivalent).

Aftersales Area Manager (Full time Job)
Responsibilities:
Aftersales Area Manager is required to support dealers to maximize the satisfaction of the Mazda vehicle owners and to expand the dealers´ business opportunities. The person must understand and improve the dealers´ after-sales service operations. This job also requires development of the aftersales marketing and parts logistics. Excellent skills in presentation and reporting are required.

Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
Bachelor Degree
English proficiency
High level of business writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

After-Sales Trainer (Full time Job)
Responsibilities:
An After-Sales Trainer is required to develop the dealers´ staff ability and plan training programs. This person is also required to implement various events to increase the dealers´ employee satisfaction and develop a team-focused environment.

Qualifications & Expectations:

Age 27 - 35
Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
High level of skills in improving dealer service process operations and dealer staff ability
Bachelor Degree
Technical background is a plus
English proficiency
High level of business writing skills
