Intertek Utama Services are a highly reputable, UK based International Quality Assurance Company seeking for the potential candidates to join our office in Jakarta for following positions :
Compliance Auditor (CA)
Responsibilities:
Perform and conduct the Audit
Create the audit report
Strictly follow the work instruction of Audit
Requirements:
Female, with max age 30 years old
Background : Law graduates from reputable university
Have experience Min 2 years as Compliance Auditor and familiar with labor law
Domicile in Jakarta area
Willing to travel extensively
General requirements :
Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English
Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team even under pressure and flexible hours
Fast learner, highly responsible with positive attitude, highly motivated and have good attention to details
Must be able to start working IMMEDIATELY
Senior Chemist (CH)
Responsibilities:
Perform on site Technical duties such as Sample and routine chemical testing
Equipment and Technician monitoring
Conduct the Technical Training for new technician
Requirements:
Male or Female, with age max 35 years old
Background : Min Bachelor degree in Chemistry from reputable university
More than 5 years (Senior) and 2 years (Junior) hands on experience in operating instruments like ICP, GCMS, HPLC, pH meter, Spectrophotometer
General requirements :
Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English
Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team even under pressure and flexible hours
Fast learner, highly responsible with positive attitude, highly motivated and have good attention to details
Must be able to start working IMMEDIATELY
HR Administrator (HRA)
Responsibilities:
Entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development
Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems.
Maintaining and developing the filing system of personnel
Assisting the Senior human resource with the maintenance and development of human resource procedures and policies.
Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
Male or Female , with max age 30 years old
Background : Min Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university, Law or Psychology graduates preferred
Have experience min 1-2 years at the same field
Interest with HR field
Domicile in Jakarta area
General requirements :
Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English
Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team even under pressure and flexible hours
Fast learner, highly responsible with positive attitude, highly motivated and have good attention to details
