Key Account Development Program

Key Account Development Program is Management Trainee for Key Account. This program is the opportunity for young talented people who have ambition, passion, and professionalism to enter supervisory level within our company in fastest time. This program will give you chance to learn all you need at modern market area. After completing this program you will be placed as Key Account Supervisor who have responsibility to handling sales at modern market.

Maximum age 27 years old
Min. S1 graduates from reputable university with min. GPA 2.7
Actively involved in extracurricular activities in school or the community with historical of leadership role
Good interpersonal and leadership skill
Able to explain thoughts clearly, adaptable, and mature

Business Development Staff

As Business Development Staff, you have responsibility in expanding our business through several activities below:

Searching new potential outlet
Building and maintaining relationship with the outlet

Requirement

Age maximum 28 years old
Education minimum diploma degree from any major
Have good negotiation and communication skill
Have interest at Sales
Have driving license class A & C (SIM A & C)
Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply

Production Staff

Max 28 years old
Min diploma degree from mechanical / electronical engineering
Having experience on blow moulding and injection mold from consumer goods company are preferable
Willing to work on shift
Willing to be placed at Sukabumi & Kejayan - Pasuruan factory

Process Development and Technical Support Supervisor

Max 33 years old
Min diploma degree from chemical engineering / food technology
Having relevant experience min 3 years, preferably from consumer goods field
Good command of English (active English)
Having knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, ISO 14000

Quality Control Staff

Max 28 years old
Min diploma degree from microbiology / food technology / pharmacy
Have good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000
Willing to be placed at Sukabumi & Kejayan - Pasuruan factory
Willing to work on shift
Having relevant experience from consumer goods industry are preferable
