Requirements:
* Education S1 all the majors
* Experience min. 3 years in the conduct of land acquisition for the Telecommunications industry, Property, Plantation and Mining
* Strong communication & negotiations are well
* Able to use AutoCAD & Ms. Office
Surveyor Work Location Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Responsible for surveying the land / location and acquisition of land in designated areas in coordination with coordinatornya.
Requirements:
* Education min. Diploma; Preferred from the Department of Geodesy
* Experience min. 2 years in conducting soil surveys
* Able to use GPS, AutoCAD & MapInfo
Legal Specialist Work Location Lampung Sumatera Selatan
Responsibilities:
* Analyzes legal subjects and objects of law in the form of juridical analysis
* Analyze the validity of legal documents for land acquisition process
* Determine supporting documents to the requirements of the standards applied in the sale and purchase of land acquisition
* Preparing the binding process to the location of the acquired notariel
* Providing legal opinions
* Minimize the risk of the company to find out details of the legal loopholes that can be taken
* Monitor and update the company's legal documents, rules and regulations related to the company's business
Requirements:
* Education S1 Law
* Experience min. 5 years in land acquisition mengangani
* Mastering the aspects of contract law, land law and company law
* Have the ability to analyze high
* Preferred to have experience in land acquisition in the area of Lampung / south Sumatra
* Willing to be placed in Lampung region / South Sumatra
