OPERATIONAL RISK PREVENTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Identify, assess and analyze high risk areas; propose optimum technical and human resources tor Risk Prevention team’s work in each store and suggest improvements in Risk Prevention operations area.
Guarantee knowledge and execution of Risk Prevention practices in Stores.
Conduct periodic performance follow up, coaching and annual performance appraisal to store RP Manager / Team Leader.
Develop action plans based on store needs and Risk Prevention indicators.
Work closely
allocation together with the Operations team.
Manage and appoint store Risk Prevention Team movements and nominations.
Moni
with store team to guarantee application of loss prevention best practice and actions.
Manage, interpret and monitor accidents & incidents resolution and take action when necessary.

Requirements:
D3 / S1 in any discipline.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
Minimum 5 years of experience in security industry, have been working in retail industry is an advantage.
Considerable knowledge of current safety & security technology.
High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy.
Must exhibit excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
A team player who enjoyed working in a fast paced team atmosphere.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
