Then on January 24, 1964 the company name was changed to PT Marga Sanctuary Insurance Company. After running for eighteen years, on October 1, 1982 the company name into PT Marga refined Heritage.
On January 9, 1991 the company changed its position that the original business in Surabaya to Jakarta. Then on July 6, 1991 the company name was changed to PT Lippo General Insurance.

After the Public Offer Shares to the public, on 21 April 1997 PT Lippo General Insurance became a public company and company names comes into PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk and on July 22, 1997 the shares of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange "IDX ".
