The amendment was approved by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta through the Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 1 / 1999 dated February 1, 1999 with the deed made by and before notary Harun Kamil, SH, No. 4 dated May 6, 1999 and was approved by the Minister of Justice by the Decree No. C-8270.HT.01.01.Th. 99 dated May 7, 1999. June 4, 1999, published in the State. 45, Supplement. 3283.

The scope of its activities is to conduct general banking activities. On November 30, 1992, the Bank obtained a license to conduct activities as a Foreign Exchange Bank by decree of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia. 25/67/KEP/DIR. In March 2004, the Bank commenced its operations based on sharia principles based on Bank Indonesia No.6/39/DpbS Letter, dated January 13, 2004 on the principles of sharia branch offices of Bank in its commercial activities.

  Research Analyst (Public Sector Management)

Scope of Work
The research analyst will be an integral part of the MPEA cluster, and will also offer support to other country team members as needed. He/she will work with other research and data analysts in the cluster as needed. Specific responsibilities will include:

* Provide data analysis support to the teams working on the IPEA just-in-time and PER work.
* Write substantial sections of reports for the infrastructure, health, education and subnational PERs.
* Work closely with WBOJ senior researchers on macroeconomic and fiscal policy related research.
* Engage with GOI counterparts on technical and policy analysis.
* Monitor budget disbursement/ execution data in support of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO) in the Ministry of Finance.

Reporting Procedures
The Research Analyst will report to the Senior Economist and Task Team Leader of the MPEA sub cluster and be supervised by the Economist leading the public finance work at the WBOJ.

Time Period
The position is a coterminous appointment position for a 1-year period. The assignment is expected to start in August 2011 and finish in July 2012. There is a possibility of extension subject to available resources and individual performance.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or related discipline
* Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience
* Extensive experience of econometric and statistical analysis techniques and standard statistical software packages, especially STATA.
* Knowledge of Indonesian public finance data. Familiarity with key Indonesian economic series and data sources, especially SUSENAS.
* Ability to interpret and present statistical information.
* Ability to put together clear and crisp presentations.
* Excellent writing skills as exemplified by a writing sample.
* Ability to interact effectively with government, civil society stakeholders, international teams, and work well across organizational boundaries.

Lowongan Kerja Donggi-Senoro LNG 2011 : Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) is pleased to announce that the final investment decision (FID) on the Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG) project in Indonesia has been reached. The project, for the construction and operation of a natural gas liquefaction facility (LNG plant), is being spearheaded by PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (PT DSLNG), a company 51% owned by MC.
Total cost is estimated to be approximately 2,800million USD (230 billion JPY). Indonesia has the largest natural gas reserves in Southeast Asia and is the world’s third largest LNG exporter. The DSLNG project will be Indonesia’s fourth LNG project and the second involving MC, after the Tangguh project.

In the second half of 2014, PT DSLNG aims to produce and deliver approximately two million tonnes of LNG per year (approximately 45,000 B/D crude oil equivalent), along with associated condensate (approximately 2,300-2,500 B/D crude oil equivalent), and has also come to terms with　JGC Corporation on the LNG plant’s engineering, procurement and construction (EPC). Established in December, 2007, PT DSLNG is a joint venture between MC, Pertamina Energy Services Pte. Ltd. (PES)., and PT. Medco LNG Indonesia (MLI). PES is a subsidiary of Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas company, PT. Pertamina (Persero), and MLI is a wholly owned company of PT. Medco International Tbk, Indonesia’s largest private oil and gas company. Furthermore, PT DSLNG has signed the “Heads of agreement (HoA)” for the LNG sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. and Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. respectively. Negotiations are currently being finalized with Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas).

MC will transfer its shares of PT DSLNG to a special purpose company (SPC). The SPC will take over some of MLI’s shares as well, bringing its total stake in PT DSLNG to 59.9%. Kogas, the world’s largest LNG buyer, will also be a partner in the SPC with a 25% share, making this project the first joint LNG project between Japan, Korea and Indonesia, and opening up a new era of cooperation in the energy sector for these three nations.

MC’s involvement will be very different from its role in other LNG projects that were spearheaded by international oil majors, and in which MC was only a minority partner. Since its inception, MC has been coordinating the project’s development, and this will be the first time a Japanese enterprise has taken the lead in planning and operations following an LNG plant’s construction. Furthermore, the project’s scale should pave the way to commercialization and practical use of remote, small- to medium-sized gas fields that have yet to be developed. Together with the Kangean project, in which MC is developing natural gas for domestic supply, the DSLNG project should help MC contribute even further to Indonesia’s emerging economy.

MC also hopes to leverage this project into an increasingly stable supply of LNG to Japan and East Asia, and use it to enhance its expertise in the LNG　business, which has grown steadily since the trading company’s initial venture into the field in 1969, importing LNG　from Alaska.

The Donggi-Senoro (DSLNG) LNG Project is the first LNG project in which MC acts as the largest stakeholder. Indonesia is one of the largest LNG exporters in the world and this project will be Indonesia's fourth LNG project after the Tangguh LNG project where our Indonesia Project Unit is involved in. Targeting the start of production and delivery of approximately two million tons of LNG per year along with associated condensate from the second half of 2014, the plant construction work is under way outside Luwuk city, Central Sulawesi province.

PT. DSLNG, the project company, has concluded the heads of agreement for the "LNG sales and purchase agreement (LNG SPA)" with Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. and Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. respectively. Furthermore, Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas), the world's largest LNG buyer, have agreed not only LNG SPA with PT. DSLNG but also their participation in the project as a co-operator through the investment via "special purpose company (SPC)" established as a joint-venture between MC and Kogas.

As the result, this project is attracting broad attention from the energy industry as the first joint LNG project between Japan, Korea and Indonesia (the state-owned oil and gas company, PT. Pertamina (Persero) and Indonesia's largest private oil and gas company, PT. Medco International Tbk).
